Brief Project: A local Bakery here in Houston, Texas named Tierra Caliente Bakery has one of the best-tasting ingredients for their pastries. Locally it is known to be the authentic Mexican Bakery in town. Although it is very popular in the Hispanic community many other Americans love the taste and come very rarely because of certain experiences.

Opportunity

The Bakery only has a few English-speaking employees and the facilities are not organized, and as for ingredients, calories, nutritional information there is non. Considering that now in our day in age there are some who are allergic to certain diaries, nuts, and fruits this would aid the bakeries missing opportunities to potentially raise the value and market of their products and brand.
